3. Gift cards
-
3.1.
A gift card (voucher) for catering services at the Kogo Slovanský dům restaurant can be purchased online via the website or in person.

4. Loyalty programme (Kogo Members Program)
-
4.1.
The Operator, PRAGUE REST GROUP, s.r.o., runs the loyalty programme of the Kogo Slovanský dům restaurant through Qasima. Participation is voluntary and governed by these terms.
-
4.2.
The programme works on a cashback basis: the customer gets part of the money spent back. The amount is credited to their digital loyalty card and can be used to pay at the Kogo Slovanský dům restaurant.
-
4.3.
The programme has two tiers: Silver and Gold.
- Silver – the customer earns CZK 50 for every completed CZK 1,000 spent.
- Gold – the customer earns CZK 100 for every completed CZK 1,000 spent.
-
4.4.
The Gold tier is granted automatically once total spending reaches at least CZK 40,000 within the previous 12 months.
-
4.5.
The Gold tier is valid for 12 months from when it is reached. If the customer spends at least CZK 40,000 again during this time, Gold is extended by another 12 months. Otherwise the customer automatically returns to Silver when Gold expires.
-
4.6.
Collected cashback can be used to pay at the Kogo Slovanský dům restaurant. Points are not money and do not entitle the holder to a cash payout.
-
4.7.
Points are valid for 12 months from the day they are credited to the customer account. Unused points then expire automatically.
-
4.8.
The Operator may record data on the customer’s purchases, amounts spent, points earned and redeemed, and the tier reached, in order to run and evaluate the programme.
-
4.9.
Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Details on the processing and on customers’ rights are set out in the Operator’s privacy policy.
Marketing communications are sent only with the customer’s separate, voluntary consent. Giving consent is not a condition of joining the programme.
