Pizza Margherita

pastry:

  • 1/4 litre of smooth flour
  • 160ml of watter
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 1 tea spoon of sugar
fill:
  • tomato purée
  • mozzarella

Knead the dought to the thin slices, daub it with the tomato sauce and sprinkle it with mozzarella. Bake the pizza in 220 degrees pre-heated owen approximately for 10 minutes.

Tortellini with ricotta and spinach

tortellini pastry:

  • 0,5kg smooth flour
  • 4 yolks
  • 1dcl extra virgin olive oil
fill:
  • 800g ricotta cheese
  • 200g slightly chopped spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 spoon of parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 spoon of pesto

Make a smooth paste and fill a small pockets made out of thin slices of dought with this paste. Boil them approximately for 3 minutes in salted water. After that, roast ready tortellini for a while on butter and sage. Serve immediately sprinkled with parmasan cheese.

Shrimps salad

Boil octopus and cuttle fish for 40 up to 45 minutes (dependes on a size) in a water. Chill them quickly in a water and ice, slice them and add boiled shrimps. Pour everything with olive oil and lemon sauce. Add fine chopped green salad.
